Embed Bob on your site with the widget snippet.

Bob reaches customers through a lightweight chat widget. The embed loads your approved knowledge and routes important conversations into Action Center.

Steps

  1. Sign in and open Widget Setup in the Customer Portal.
  2. Copy the embed snippet for your tenant.
  3. Paste before </body> on pages customers visit.
  4. Test three real questions before announcing go-live.
